Sally McNeil, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, lived with her husband, Ray McNeil, in Oceanside, California, with two children. She admits to shooting Ray twice on February 14, 1995 – once in the abdomen and once in the jaw. Her two children were nine and eleven years old and were present in the house when the incident occurred.
