Everything You Need To Know About Manifest Season 4 Part 2

[Warning: The following contains spoilers for the end of Manifest Season 4, Part 1. Read at your own risk!]

Manifest unfortunately comes to an end. With Season 4 Part 1 now streaming on Netflix, there are only 10 episodes left to conclude the epic story of Flight 828 and its passengers who have been touched by divine consciousness. We know so much more about what Team Lifeboat is up against as we head into the final episodes – now we just need to know when we can watch.

Manifest Season 4 Part 1 ended with Zeke (Matt Long) sacrificing himself by absorbing Cal’s (Ty Doran) cancer when he realized Cal was the group’s only chance to save the world. Angelina (Holly Taylor) has absorbed a powerful sapphire that allows her to control calls, and her corruption of the sapphire’s purpose has made it appear that the date of death of June 2, 2024 was not just a warning to passengers, but the date of an impending apocalypse. Cal, who has a sapphire embedded in his dragon scar, is the only one powerful enough to stop Angelina.

He will face the greatest threat the Stone family has ever faced as they all mourn the loss of Zeke and humanity turns against the 828 Passengers. How do you save a society that wants to see you locked up and confined? Apparently that’s a huge question for later episodes. Here’s what we know so far.

Manifest Season 4 Part 2 Release Date

Netflix hasn’t announced a release date for Season 4 Part 2, but production has wrapped, so we might see it sooner rather than later. Given Netflix’s tendency to release Manifest info on important dates for the series (the premiere date was revealed on 8/28 and part 1 was released on November 4, the same day Flight 828 landed in 2018), we’re looking at June 2 as a potential release date.

Spoilers

TV Guide spoke to Jeff Rake about the first half of Season 4 and what she’s up to for Part 2. His key quotes are below, and you can read the full interview here.

Angelina is just getting started. “She believes she is supposed to save ‘the righteous.’ What we’ll learn is that she has a very narrow definition of who the righteous are and that doesn’t necessarily include most of the people we’ve come to know and love on the show. incredibly tight. It’s going to be kind of the centerpiece of the mythological conflict. It’s going to play out in the last 10 epic episodes. We’ve talked a bit about the Noah mythos and Noah’s Ark, and it continues to become a big part of our mythology in the last 10 episodes,” Rake explained. “Spoiler alert Angelina will come to believe that she is indeed Noah. She and her family are basically the only people who deserve to board the ark no matter what as we approach the date of death. So it’s up to Ben, Mick, and maybe especially Cal to defeat Angelina as we move towards the final block. The problem is that Angelina is getting more and more powerful. We’ve seen how how powerful she was in episode 410, and it will only get worse.

But Team Lifeboat might need her since she has the sapphire. “[Angelina having the sapphire] is incredibly problematic. It’s going to get more and more powerful in terms of Cal’s belief that maybe he needs to collaborate with her and somehow work with her, as hateful as she is. Sometimes you think you have to collaborate with your enemy to save yourself and that’s a big part of the storytelling in the final block. In the end, Cal, Ben and Mick will fight to some extent, as they wonder, is it possible the divine really wants them to have to work with that woman who killed Cal’s mother? Is there a world where the divine would really want them to team up with her so they can all save each other, which seems impossible? Or is there another way?” Rake teased.

Zeke’s death leaves an opening for Michaela and Jared to reunite. “With Zeke gone, Jared, who still considers Mick the love of his life, is obviously wondering how long should I wait before trying again?” Rake said. “And we’re going to see that happen. And even Mick, who can’t help but feel something for Jared because he was the love of his life at one point, is going to wonder, ‘you know how many time will I have to wait, when am I ready to romantically move on with my life? We’ll watch what happens and see where it takes us.”
