The felony complaint begins by describing a mysterious man who has yet to be identified. Prosecutors say he saw Allen and his girlfriend arrive at Roscoe’s house with expensive jewelry.
Court documents say the mystery man waited outside until Freddie Lee Trone arrived. The two reportedly had a conversation before Trone left and shortly after returned to the restaurant with his son, who prosecutors say was armed with a gun.
Trone then dropped off his son a short distance from the restaurant. His son then allegedly walked into the restaurant, walked straight to the table where the rapper and his girlfriend were dining, and pointed a gun at them. Prosecutors allege the teenager was overheard saying “Give me all your jewelry now!”
Moments later, the teenager is charged with shooting the rapper in the chest and after he fell to the ground, prosecutors say the teenager shot Allen twice more in the back.

The timeline detailed in the complaint says the teen then pointed a gun at Allen’s girlfriend, Steph, saying “Show me your hands, give me that — right now. I swear to God! I’m shooting you in the head!”

The teenager then allegedly robbed her and took her jewellery. As the rapper lay dying on the restaurant floor, prosecutors said the teenager robbed him and took his chains, watch and removed his rings from his fingers.
The Complaint timeline ends with Freddie Lee Trone returning to Roscoe to pick up his son before returning home. Before heading home, they parked a few blocks away and the teenager kicked off his shoes and shirt.
