Alienware introduced its all-new 34-inch curved QD-QLED gaming monitor and Aurora R15 gaming PC with 13th Gen Intel processors and NVIDIA RTX 40 GPUs.
Alienware 34-inch QD-OLED gaming monitor launched with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certification
Earlier this year, Alienware announced the all-new 34-inch gaming monitor using quantum dot technology and NVIDIA GSYNC compatibility. The company is now unveiling the latest 34-inch quantum dot gaming display, with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certification. The company is also announcing the latest Aurora R15 desktop computer with improved performance, better heat dissipation and a new motherboard design.
Alienware’s latest version of its 34-inch QD-OLED display features a slim panel design, delivering impressive color performance, high peak luminance, and a wider color gamut. It also improves color performance by converting blue light to red and green with the display’s Quantum Dot pixel layer.
The new 34-inch Alienware gaming monitor features 99.3% DCI-P3 color coverage across all of its wide viewing angles, allowing precise colors to be clear and accurate. The Alienware factory calibrates each display using Delta E>2.
It provides 1000 nits of brightness and an extremely high contrast ratio. VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 400 certification backs it up for incredible realism and higher levels of immersion with every experience.
Alienware’s new gaming display now offers AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certification, delivering an incredible 0.1ms gray-to-gray (GtG) response time and a refresh rate as high as 165Hz. expect ultra-low latency in their games, as well as HDR support. We tested the NVIDIA version of this screen a few months ago.
One of the most striking differences between Alienware’s AMD and NVIDIA compatible QD gaming monitors is the coloring between the two companies. NVIDIA’s variant offered a white shell with RGB lights inside that the user could customize, while the AMD version now offers a black exterior for the new screen. Many features remain the same, such as cable management, 1800R curved QD-OLED panel, 5-axis OSD joystick to control settings, 360° ventilation, height, tilt, swivel and tilt for optimal viewing. The ports also remain the same, allowing DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0, USB4 and USB Typ-C.

Alienware Aurora R15 Gaming Desktop – Powered by 13th Gen Intel CPUs and NVIDIA RTX 40 GPUs
Alienware has upgraded the previous popular Aurora desktop series, this time offering an improved thermal design with hexagonal side vents to provide better airflow and overall system performance. In addition to the hexagonal ventilation, the Aurora R15 includes a 240mm heat exchanger twice the size of previous generations. The company provides an additional clear panel for users which is always optional.
Internally, the Aurora R15 uses Intel’s 13th Gen Core K-series processors and five 120mm case fans, delivering over 50% more system power, along with performance improvements and keeping the processor cooler. no more than 5°C (average). Airflow is increased by 19% and the system is 66% quieter than previous Alienware models. The GPU section, compatible with modern NVIDIA and AMD graphics cards, also reduces noise by up to ten percent, depending on the tasks being performed.
The motherboard, designed exclusively by Alienware, aligns power connections along the edges to help direct airflow away from crucial components. The company has also attempted to eliminate the need for a front-end “daughter board” for input and output and to help limit unnecessary wiring and more direct system power. The PCIe x16 connection is now located in the first slot to access graphics cards three times larger than standard GPUs. The new Aurora R15 uses the 80 Plus Platinum certification power supply, available in 750W and 1350W configurations. Memory is replaced with two UDIMM slots to support 4800 MT/s DDR5 memory.

The Aurora R15 includes Killer E3100G Gigabit Ethernet with Wi-Fi 6/6E capability for connectivity. RGB lighting is spread across eight zones to facilitate internal and external effect lighting.

The Alienware AMD 34-inch QD-OLED display will retail for $1,099.99, and the Aurora R15 desktop PC will be available starting at $1,799.99.
